If you can list the things you would like to be done during the renovations, even if you think you may need several phases of work to help with costs, then we can visit the house and accurately produce costings for those works. At the same time we will check the structural capabilities of the building to ensure your plans are safe.

We use current prices for supplies from our trusted suppliers in Burgundy and base all figures for work on costs of Artisans we have used for those jobs during the same year. There are often cases when we can offer cost saving choices like some DIY on the easier parts and can offer you training and advice if you do want to get your hands dirty.

| Whilst we are at the house we will verify that the renovations you have outlined are feasable and structuraly sound, plus outline any other items we feel need to be done in your house. We will also explain if any of the works require a Permis de Construire, Declaration Praelable or or not. We may advise you, in certain cases, to have a full Structural Survey undertaken before the renovations are started.

All of this information is given to you in a detailed report with concise costs and a budget for all of the works, which can be broken down into several phases, if required. This report can be e-mailed direct to you or posted to your home. It is completely independant of our other Renovation Services and has no obligation to use our services or our Artisans.
