| The new Klargaster fosse septique from KingSpan Environement offers an exceptional performance from the most compact installation available. The treatment system is so efficient that the outfall from the fosse is river water quality, meaning that no after treatment is required at all.
This removes the need for a large sand filter system, considerably reducing the difficulties of installation, especially in smaller properties. With an installation footprint of less than 2m² this is the smallest system available.

Service Fosse Septique
If the house you are Renovating is not connected to the mains drains or has an old, damaged or outsized fosse and your village does not have immediate plans for mains drainage then you are going to need a new Fosse Septique (Septic Tank).
From January 2011 all houses purchased must have a report from the Mayor of the village to state exactly what drainage the house has, where it is and what type it is. From 2012 & 13 new regulations arrive that states that all houses in France must be connected to a drainage system that complies with the 2009 regulations. As you can see, the regulations and rules are changing constantly and A Piece of Burgundy are up to date with all these changes, allowing you to have the best solution that is sure to comply with all current laws.

A Piece of Burgundy has produced a service to deal with these new regulations and can now supply all the paperwork, designs, layouts and sections required by your water company and Mayor.
We produce all of this paperwork for you, in French, and submit it to the correct organisation to ensure the plan is accepted. Our knowledge of the systems will ensure its acceptance. |
We can then organise everything during the installation, including delivering the fosse itself to your property, all ground works and installation with qualified, insured artisans and hook-up to your existing plumbing. We can even organise a plumber to upgrade your bathrooms and kitchens if you need it.
