A Piece of Burgundy do not value the properties, unlike some non-french companies, each property is assessed and valued by our immobilier who is a registered valuer, bound and registered in french Law.  You can deal direct with the qualified immobilier during your visit, not with un-qualified agents using a third hand 'Carte Proffessionel' from another company.  We do recommend verifying who has valued the porperty you are intending to purchase and also ask to see their carte proffessionel to ensure the agent is allowed to offer the property for sale.  A Piece of Burgundy are proud to be different in our approach to property and clients who have viewed houses with us have noticed very quickly how our company offers soo much more than our competitors.

Viewing Trips

When you have decided on the perfect place for you and your family we will help with all the difficulties of buying houses in France right up to the notaires office and collecting your new keys.

When you have chosen a list of houses you would like to visit we will help organise your trip, liase with our french partners to arrange veiwings and accompany you to see them.  We recommend a shortlist of 3 to 5 houses, if possible.

After Sales Help

And after it's all yours we can help with the renovation, re-design or re-building with our Property Assistance section. There is also help with translations, utilities and emergency help.  Oh, and professional Asbestos advice.
