Online Security
A Piece of Burgundy take your online security very seriously and thoroughly test our site and our office systems for the risks you face whilst online.
We have initiated a new mailing system to further increase our commitment to your security. To change your previous e-mail address for us please do the following.
- Open your E-Mail software program.
- Within this open the Address Book.
- Click on and open the entry for 'A Piece of Burgundy', it may also be under 'Burgundy, A Piece of'.
- Double click on or click Edit and enter the new address for house enquiries, which is
property@apieceofburgundy.com
and click OK (You can highlight this text and copy then paste into the address book).
- Click OK or Apply and close the Address book and E-Mail software.
- From now on all your enquiries to us will arrive safely.
To change the address for our Property Assistance or Management Services follow the above but
- enter the address below.

Searching
There are several ways to search our web site for houses. Simply choose the price range that suits your budget best from the links on the left and we will list all the house we have within that range.
The price range is shown in Euros, however, each house has a currency converter to give you an approximate price in your chosen currency. you can also use the refernce number search if you know the specific reference number. If you would like us to do the searching for you, click on 'More Information' and then 'Quick Search'. On this page you will find a form that asks for your requirements in your search. We will use this information to match houses to your requirements and send a list of reference numbers for you to look at.

Reference Search
If you already know the Reference number of a house for sale simply enter the reference number into Reference Search box on the left of any page and you will be taken directly to that house's detail page. From that page you can use the 'Back to List' link to see other houses of a similar price range.

Account Pages
Your Account Pages hold all of the information about your account. Once Logged In you will be directed to the main page of your account which shows all the correspondance bewteen you and us, with the latest message shown at the top. To reply or add a maessage type your name in the small box above the list of messages, and type your message in the large box. When finished click 'Upload' and review the message you have added. Then click 'Return to your Correspondance' to continue using your Account Pages. To view your Designs, Quotes, Photos or Reports (depending on the packages you have subscribed to) simply click on the correct link below your address details. Adobe PDF. To help you view your designs and quotes they have been loaded in the format PDF from Adobe. This helps control the layout and allows you to print or save the information easily. You do need to have Adobe reader loaded on your PC to view these files. If you do not have this software, click the link or icon found on the page to download a copy. If you cannot or do not wish to download this software, please advise us via the correspondance page and we will reload the files in a different format.

Account Login
You will always need your Account Number and Password to login to your Account Pages. These were sent to you when your account was opened with us under two seperate e-mails. To access your Account Pages, click on the 'Login' link from any Assistance Page, found at the bottom of the left-hand-side link section. On the Login Page you will find a link 'Enter Account Number', click this to open the Login Dialogue. In the first bow enter you Account Number and click Login. If correct this should open the dialogue with your Name and Address. If so click 'Proceed' to enter your Password. You should then be directed to your Account corresspondance page where you will find all the meesages sent between you and us, links to other pages for your account packages. If you have lost your Password you can simply click on the link found on the Login Page: 'Lost Password', then fill in the details requested. Your original Password will be resent by e-mail. If you have lost your Account Number you will need to send an e-mail from your e-mail address we have registered as your main e-mail address. We will then send your Account Number to that e-mail address.
