Property Inspection Service
- - For a very cost effective £ 50.00 we will visit any house of your choice and produce a detailed report for you.
- - We will photograph it from as many angles as possible then put all the photos on this site just for you (Login required) or we can post them to you*. We will also give you a written report, our impressions and thoughts plus answers to any direct questions you ask before our visit.
- - If it is a renovation property then floor plans can be included if you wish**. That way you can include it or exclude it from you final purchasing list.

Maybe you have seen
something on our pages that interests you but cannot drop everything and come to look with us. Making sure a house is right before spending time and money travelling over to view it can be
a great way to do it. We recommend you draw up a shortlist of 3 to 5 houses that are suitable before you do come over. Our Property Search service can ensure you only see the houses that really fit your criteria, only the most suitable
for you and your family.
