Ground Floor  The entrance hall leads to a lobby area beside the large and wonderful IXth century lounge with stone fireplaces and parquet flooring and to a summer kitchen that opens out onto the private courtyard.

Village  Chatillon sur Seine is the principal town of the Châtillonaise region and has many wonderful buildings, parks and tourist attractions, including the 1,000 year old church of St Vorles, perched high above the town.

There are several supermarkets, DIY stores, clothes and shoe shops and many excellent restaurants.  There is also a hosptital, doctors and dentists and several Pharmacies.

Montbard and its TGV station are only 25 minutes away, the A5 Autoroute is 35 minutes north, the A31 30 minutes east.  Dijon and Auxerre are around 50 minutes away.
