Ground Floor  The kitchen is well fitted with a tiled floor, the dining room has Oak parquet flooring and a Burgundy stone fireplace. Along the hallway is the toilet and bathroom that has a bath and a shower.

1st Floor  A lovely oak staircase takes you to a hallway that leads to two large bedrooms, an alcoved section and then to the 1st floor of the barn.  There is another room leading to the stairs to the loft that could become a small office or study.  All the floors of this level are of Oak parquet.

2nd Floor  There are two loft areas that could be converted into more bedrooms and a bathroom.

Village  Lovely village with the River Ource with a Post Office, a Hotel, Restaurant and small shop.  There are also regular deliveries of bread, croissants, meat and fish.  It is 15km from Châtillon sur Seine with all ammenities including supermarkets, DIY stores, doctors and hospital.

The village is close to the Champagne border and the village in which the artist Renoir lived, there are lovely walks beside the River Ource.

The A5/ A26 Atouroute is around 30 minutes to the North, Montbard TGV station around 35 minutes to the west.
