Ground Floor  The country style kitchen is a good size and leads directly into the dining room with wonderful quality original features. There is a large toilet, bathroom and lots of storage space in a recently renovated section beside the dining room. Beside the kitchen is a larder/ laundry room with steps leading down to the boiler room and cellar.

1st Floor  The stairs arrive in a lovely large room with a cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and a view over the courtyard. Village  Only a few kilometers from Chatillon sur Seine, with all its facilities, this village is set in the rolling counrty side of the Cote d'Or. There are restaurants and vineyards close by, a lake with a restaurant and campsite and horse riding only 5km away. The village has daily deliveries of bread, croissants and meat from local shops. The A5 autoroute is around 25 minutes north, Montbard and its TGV station only 25 minutes south west giving this property very good connections. .
