Many years of experience of Gite Openings, Change Overs, keeping guests happy and allowing Gite Owners to be away from their house puts us in the best place to advise on and run your Gite, of whatever size.

| Change Overs Our Change Over team can organise complete gite cleans on any change over day. The cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms is undertaken at every change. Restocking standard supplies for the kitchen as well as fresh linen and towels is also standard. At each Change Over you have an onlne report, allowing you to pay back any Security Deposit to the previous guests in complete knowledge of any breakages, damage etc.

Gite Start Up If you have a house that you would like to run as a Gite, then talk to the experts. In conjunction with our Renovation Team we offer you our Gite Opening Report.This report follows a detailed on-site inspection and outlines any works that may be needed to upgrade your house to accept guests, lists any and all items required to operate a Gite successfully and indicates the likely rental you can achieve per week.

Guest Assistance Based on our own Client Yearly Assistance package this option allows you to give each of your guests access to our on-site assistance services.If any guest has any problem, eg needs a dentist, loses luggage or crashes a car, they call A Piece of Burgundy and we organise the soluton, dealing with all the French authorities or companies as needed.

| This option is also used by Gite Owners to ensure that any guest can inform us of any problems with the Gite itself. See also our Building Maintenance Service to keep you gite running and repaired at all times.
