We have now added, by popular demand, our Gîtes Service offering you the chance to book you holiday in our lovely region, safe in the knowledge that we understand the area, know the Gîtes and their immediate area and can help with any problems you might encounter quickly.
Accuaracy
Our Accommodation descriptions are provided by the Gite owners who are required by law to give fair and accurate accounts of their accommodation. We verify these descriptions whenever possible and remove or modify any that we find to be inacurate. If you find any discrepancies or innacuracies then you can report them to us, preferrably during your stay, and we will take appropriate action against the owner to resolve the situation. This should ensure that your stay is comforatable and relaxing without any undue problems.
Holiday Insurance
We strongly advise that you carry Holiday Insurance to cover your trip but in many cases a Damage Waiver will also be required by the Gite owners. This forms a deposit that will not be used if the Gite is left in the condition that you found it at arrival.
Damage
Most of Gites require a Damage Waiver to be paid. If you find any damage on arrival that you feel may invalidate your Waiver then please use the Conact Information provided at the Gite to inform the owner or ourselves. This should be done on the first day of your stay only. If you cannot contact the owner, please inform A Piece of Burgundy.
