A Piece of Burgundy were asked to convert a newly purchased house into a Gite. Our initial inspection to draw up an inventory for the client revealed that the bathroom and kitchen were not suitable for guests. The bathroom was damp, had leaks from the roof and the current layout was one of the worst we have seen. And we have seen some very bad bathrooms ! The client had not factored in the expense but agreed with our report so requested our Design and Project Maanegement services to upgrade the bathroom for the smallest budget possible.
