If you have bought a house that requires any level of work you have the option to use our services from beginning to end. We can use our CAD software and Jackie, our designer, to plan the interior of the house, give you 3D drawings to help visualise the end result and produce all the plans needed by the Builders, Plumbers, Electricians and all the other artisans required. You could then use our Project Management Service to obtain the quotes, control the Artisans and ensure that you get the finished result you require.
The Flexible Option
You may wish to get your hands dirty and do some or lots of the work yourself. We can help you with all the advice you could need, help with ordering materials, translating the trade names or other difficulties you may find, you can even call us from the DIY shop to help choose supplies. Use our Start Up or Maintenance packages for that. If you do need work to be done by an artisan, say the electrician, then our pricing approach allows you to pay just for our Project Management of him. You can pick and choose the jobs you need our help with, as much or as little as you like.
Our aim is to bring the life back to these old buildings, to ensure that anyone renovating them keeps in line with the character and taste of the region, by using original materials for example, and that the work is a pleasure not a chore.
