Our service will take the worry and difficulties of unsupervised contractors out of the renovation, by ensuring that all the different work is done in the correct order and to the specifications you have laid down in the plans. We will be on site at regular |
intervals to ensure all is going well.
Our Design service can produce the plans for the contractors to work from or you can supply them yourselves.
| We do, however, stay independent from the contractors; we receive no commission for work done. We will offer advice on the quotes received and can revise them on your behalf if necessary to fit your budget.

Planning Applications
If your Renovations require alterations to the otside of the building, or any that affect the exterior of the property, you will need to apply for Planning Permission before the works commence.
It is your Mayor who deals with all of these changes, sometimes verbally under agreement and often after making a formal application, involving much paperwork, designs and 3D impressions of before and after the works. A Piece of Burgundy offer a Planning Application service to produce all the necessary paperwork, talk to the mayor and ensure that your application is
