Our designer uses Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to turn your ideas into reality allowing contractors to understand exactly how you want the work to be done.  We follow your requirements closely, with several house visits and lots of discussions to ensure the best design for your new home.  Changes can easily be made as your ideas grow with our designs.  That leaves you with the

flexibility to choose but with the assurance that you will get the best possible result for your budget.

We can design single rooms or the entire layout of the house for DIY conversion or for French contractors. With CAD plans for them and 3 dimensional views for you to help visualise the finished building.

   

If the designs require external changes, for example new doorways or roof windows, then we can provide all the paperwork and information for your Mayor to receive Planning Permission. See extra information for this Planning Application Service.
