If you do not want the full yearly package of Building Maintenance then you could use our Emergency Callout Service which is a non-subscription option allowing you to report any problems with your house directly to us, by e-mail or phone.

We will attend the house within 24 hours of your call and make the house safe, call you with a report of the situation and organise repairs quickly*, without the need for expensive emergency trips back to France.

News that there is a problem with your house will often reach you from neighbours or your Mayor, assuming you have left your home address and telephone number with them.

All you need to do is fill out our Emergency Application Form

You then e-mail or fax it to our France Office and we will organise the whole thing**.

* All third party bills to be paid direct by you, including costs of DIY repairs.
** Payment must be sent with Application Form

Payment can be made quickly via Electronic Transfer, or in some cases sent by Cheque.
