All French houses need some TLC during the year, especially during the winter months, and often lots of little repair jobs can spoil your stay in France if you only get a week or two every now and then.

| With this package you get monthly visits to the property to ensure the building, inside and out, has no new defects that may need repairing. This includes roofs, windows, doors, kitchens and bathrooms, heating systems, drainage and swimming pools.

| If defects are discovered we can undertake minor DIY repairs or, for the larger problems, call French contractors to remedy the situation without you needing an expensive trip to France.

We will explain the problem to you, photograph it if necessary and keep in touch until the problem has been resolved.
Each month, after our visit you will receive an update on your account pages explaining everything that we found. You can Login and keep track of your house and know that all is well.
